Very tricky of you that only the nice things are posted here!! I'm sure there must have been loads of goof ups with clients which haven't been brought into anyone's notice. I would surely forbid everyone I know from using your site.
I had ordered a black forest b'day cake for 27-Aug-2010 midnight. I was charged Rs 500 extra for the midnight delivery. The cake got delivered on 26-Aug-2010 evening and I had to face a lot of embarrassment. And moreover even after mailing twice, I did not receive any replies. This site and your service is highly unprofessional. Stop cheating people. If you can't deliver things properly,DO NOT put them on your website. At least it will save people from losing their money.
