2. What information is required to submit the order?
Ans. Please have the recipient's name, address and telephone number, message and delivery date as well as your credit card number with the expiration date, and billing information.

4. How do I find different types of products?
Ans. Shopping with us has never been easier! Our EStore page offers a variety of floral arrangements, cakes,choclates to celebrate the joy of gifting .Whether you're shopping for gifts In Season, such as holidays, or those precious Everyday Celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries. Then simply follow these easy steps:

1. Just click on 'Buy Now' button given below the product details.
2. The product gets stored in your shopping cart. You can add as many products in your shopping cart as you wish to.
3. Click on 'Go to Checkout' button given below the shopping cart and fill your details.
4. Fill in your Credit card or Bank Account Details and click the "Submit" icon.
5. You will get an order number which can be used for checking the Delivery status. Also, a confirmatory mail will be sent to your email id.

5. What are the Terms and Conditions of the delivery service?
Ans. He/She who places an order is 18 years or above age and has authorization to making the payment. Delivery schedule shall be same day to 3 days depending on the destination, city or town. In Delhi and around – Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon delivery shall be done on same day. In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver with in 24 hrs. If the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take an order as delivered. In case the recipient is not present there in person to receive the flowers the bouquet will be handed over to any person who is ready to accept the flowers on behalf of the receiver. In case the premises are closed, the delivery will be given to the neighbors but only if they are willing to accept it. Order once confirmed shall not be cancelled. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control. Specifications ( size, design, color etc. ) mentioned with as per photos are only indicative. There may be a variation due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control. If the ordered flowers are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers of equal value. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice. We retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

Delivery Information:
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. IST can be delivered on the SAME DAY in Delhi,Gurgaon, Noida,Gaziabad and faridabad and within 48 hours anywhere in India .Our select florists will design the arrangement and send it out for delivery during normal business hours (9 a.m. – 7 p.m.). Or within 96 hours if you happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday. If you require delivery over the weekend or special arrangements made, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. For festive occasions or Peak holidays, include Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, Rakshabandhan, Deepavali, Christmas and New Years, all orders must reach us 3-4 days in advance.

8. Can I pay through methods other than credit cards?
Ans. We accept Cheques, Money orders and Demand Drafts (DDs). The detailed instructions for making such form of payment are as follows:
Fill out your Order Form carefully and select the Cheque, Money Order as your payment method and mail to us.
Your cheque/DD must reach us atleast 15 days prior to delivery date. For customers placing orders from Delhi(INDIA), your Cheque/DD must reach us atleast 3 working days prior to delivery date.

9. Is the online payment system secure?
Ans. Yes, it is. 10. How do I know that my order has been received?
Ans. All orders will receive a confirmation message from CCavenue and us. If you hear no news from us within 12 hours, please call us at 011 – 29227687, 41639709, 9810007212 or e-mail us at info @freshflowerindia.com For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.

11. Can the orders be fulfilled all the time?
Ans. Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers' sizes. In certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is of equal or higher value. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.

12. I have a special request – can it be fulfilled?
Ans. Yes to the best of our ability we will try our utmost to fulfill all your special needs and preferences (eg:you would like roses replaced with carnations or specific colour etc.). When you fill out the order form please mention in the special instructions.

13. How can I add cakes, chocolates and teddies with my flowers?
Ans. You can simply add cakes, chocolates and teddies by clicking on 'Buy Now' button given below the product details in your shopping cart the same way you add flowers.

14. How long will the flowers last?
Ans. Different Flowers have different self life but again a lot depend on how much care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature we can not give the Guarentee for life of the flowers. For details please click on care for flowers.

15. My order was not delivered as requested.
Ans. During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a flexible delivery schedule in order to insure that deliveries will take place in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated. All orders are delivered during business hours (9 a.m. – 7 p.m.) and although our specially selected florists make every effort, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.

* Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day Rakshabandhan, Deepavali, Christmas and New Years.
