He/She who places an order is 18 years or above age and has authorization to making the payment.
Delivery schedule shall be same day to 3 days depending on the destination, city or town. In Delhi and around – Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon delivery shall be done on same day.
In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver with in 24 hrs.
If the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take an order as delivered.
Order once confirmed shall not be cancelled.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

If the ordered flowers are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers of equal value.
