Prabha Bhandari is the founder of E-Flowers r us. She is a certified Ikebana artist trained for many years in the Ohara school of Ikebana, in Japan. She began learning Ikebana, as a hobby when she lived in Japan in 1974. She visited Japan, on many occasions and continued to enrich herself with not only the technique but the underlying philosophy of this beautiful art.
For many years before starting the E-Flowers r us enterprise in 1999, she conducted demonstrations in various horticultural events in Delhi. She has won numerous awards at flower shows, and is a prominent member of the society of Kitchen Garden - Delhi.
What began as a hobby of Ms. Prabha Bhandari is now a leading floral business in India. Despite the dramatic success and fame, Ms. Prabha Bhandari along with her staff, continually improves existing designs, and innovates new product offerings, for the utmost customer satisfaction. Demontration at Nikko Hotel Delhi, 2005. It was attended by Ohara School of Ikebana Delhi Chapter members and visiting guests. The theme was how Ikebana can be useful to make flower arrangements as a gift. A butterfly was created to gift a child.
Demonstration at USA -- Japanese Friendship Garden, Balboa Park, SAN DEIGO, USA, the nation's largest urban cultural park. Home to 15 major museums, renowned performing arts venues, beautiful gardens and the San Diego Zoo, the Park has an ever-changing calendar of museum exhibitions, plays, musicals, concerts, and classes, all in the beautiful and timeless setting. Japanese Friendship Garden is a valued asset to Balboa Park, and also an educational resource to the community. It provides a variety of seminars, classes and workshops. This demonstration was held . and attended by many visitors to the Balboa Park. It was a very successful event.

- 1,2, 2008 Hyderabad,exhibit – Asian regional Conference and exhibition held at Hyderabad. Style was based on Ohara School's principles, based on heavenly lines, looking up to sky. Dry stems of flower pods, artichoke and lilies were combined together in glass vase, and plant roots were added to give interesting curve and movement.
- Exhibition at New Delhi, Asoka Hotel, Ikebana International- Theme was Metal n Petals. Showing industrialization in cities. Wire mash rolls were used to depict industries and orchid flowers symbolized smoke.
